Inner Altar began as a shared dream between two sisters with a passion for beauty, healing, and creating meaningful experiences for others. Through our own journeys, we discovered that some of the most powerful moments of transformation happen when we feel supported, seen, and given permission to slow down. We envisioned a space that honors both inner and outer care. A place where beauty services, energy work, ritual, and holistic wellness could exist together, not as separate practices, but as different pathways back to ourselves. Today, Inner Altar is an extension of that vision. We are dedicated to creating experiences that nurture the body, calm the nervous system, and support personal transformation in a way that feels authentic and accessible. Every treatment, ritual, and offering is rooted in the belief that healing and self-care are deeply personal, and that everyone deserves a space where they can feel grounded, empowered, and cared for. Charlee Dargatz
I’m Charlee, a licensed cosmetologist, Reiki practitioner, and co-founder of Inner Altar. I’ve always been drawn to the connection between beauty, healing, and self-expression. I believe self-care is more than a routine. It’s a ritual, an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, restore balance, and cultivate confidence from the inside out. My work blends intuitive energy healing, intentional touch, and holistic beauty practices to create experiences that nurture both the body and spirit. As a mother of four and lifelong student of personal growth and spirituality, I understand how important it is to have space to slow down, receive care, and return to yourself. Inspired by ritual, nature, and alternative beauty, I strive to create an environment where every client feels seen, supported, and empowered in their own unique journey.
Jaycee McKeithen
I’m Jaycee a licensed esthetician and a Reiki practitioner. I am a lover of all things beauty, ritual, and embodiment. I believe skincare is more than surface level care, it’s an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, regulate the nervous system, and create confidence from within. My work blends intentional touch, energetic care, and result focused treatments to create an experience that feels both restorative and empowering. I am inspired by alternative/ gothic beauty and feminine healing, I strive to create a space where every client feels comfortable, cared for, and deeply embodied.
